I'm planning a large event, do you give discounts for large orders?

Yes.  If you are placing an order that exceeds $70.00, a discount of 15% will be applied to your order.  This discount cannot be used with any other coupon or offer.  If you are placing a large order, we are able to have it delivered at a specific time or date in advance if requested.

Am I in Frankie's Delivery Range?

We deliver to most of west Bloomington along with some southern Edina during morning hours, please call to see if you are within delivery range.  If you plan to place a large order totaling over $100.00, we may allow deliveries outside of our usual boundaries.

Do you have a delivery charge?  Delivery Minimum?

Yes.  A fee of $1.00 is charged for all deliveries.  This goes to the driver to compensate for gas usage but is not considered gratuity.  Our delivery minimum is $8.00

I keep getting the answering machine during business hours, why?

Occasionally, our phone lines will all be in use.  When this happens, the phone system sends incoming callers to an answering machine.  This usually only happens for small periods of time.  Try waiting a minute and call again.
